Most items are offered on a preorder basis, allowing us to prepare, customize, and inspect your products fresh after your order is placed. This ensures higher quality, reduces waste, and helps us give each customer a more personalized experience.

Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS.

·       In-stock items: Processed within 2 business days.

·       Preorders: Processing times vary between

o   5–10 business days, or

o   7–14 business days,
depending on the product.

Wig Sizing & Measurements

To ensure the best fit, please take your head measurements before placing an order.

·       Pre-made wigs: Product descriptions include measurements and the head sizes they are designed for.

·       Custom wigs: Made specifically using the measurements you provide.
Please measure carefully and double-check your numbers. MyGinaB is not responsible for incorrect measurements that result in improper wig fit.
